The Frankoscény festival is the result of the partnership between the French region of Centre-Val de Loire and the Czech region of Pardubický Kraj. The Frankoscény thus has the honour of being placed under the High Patronage of each of these two regions.

In 2019, the festival also benefited from the patronage of the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and that of the French Embassy in the Czech Republic.

In 2023 we received the high patronage of the European Parliament.
