For Hermione, it's being Bowie. Even if just for a day. Hermione Lebeau has always adored David Bowie, her favorite singer. In her secret space, she fantasizes, imitates him, talks to him. Until the day she is called upon for a special mission: to give a lecture about her idol… How far will this passion take Hermione? THE GODMOTHER On Thursday evening, the various troupes took part in an open mic night, where each had five minutes to present a performance of their choice. This gave them the opportunity to showcase an aspect of their culture to the international audience of the Frankoscény! Saturday evening was the closing party, a festive moment for the participants before they parted ways! THE GODMOTHER On Friday and Saturday mornings, the troops were able to participate in artistic practice workshops in French. With Eric Cénat, Claire Vidoni and guest artist Laura Segré, the participants practiced theatre in different forms, in French. THE GODMOTHER Markéta Hodoušková Director of the Czech-In Film Festival and Kino Visegrad Markéta Hodoušková was born in Prague and holds a Master's degree in Audiovisual and Cinema from the Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Charles University in Prague. She has contributed to the writing of French subtitles for more than 25 Czech films. She has also served as the General Director of the International Confederation of Arthouses (CICAE). She is now a member of several European initiatives, including the Paris Council of Europeans, the Observatory of Cultural Diversity, Film New Europe, and the European Network for Cinema and Media Studies. In 2009, she founded the Czech-In Film Festival in Paris , which aims to promote Czech and Slovak cinema to the French public. In 2014, she also created Kino Visegrad , an agency promoting Central, Eastern and Balkan European cinema in France. THE GUEST ARTIST Laura Segré-Cenat Actress She trained at ESCA in Asnières S/Seine, from which she graduated in 2016. She began her professional career at the age of 19 at the Théâtre de l'Imprévu. She has performed in several shows with different directors: Philippe Baronnet ( Maladie de la jeunesse ), Dominique Lurcel ( Nathan le Sage ), Bruno Bonjeau ( Et dans le trou de mon cœur, le monde entier ), Arnaud Guillou ( Butterfly, L'Envol ), as well as in collective creations, emerging companies with her actor partners met at school: Mathieu Barché ( Hiver and Je suis le vent by Jon Fosse), Adrien Guitton ( L'Aile Déchirée by A.Guitton) immersive theater with La Grande Suite ( Eva Carmen Jarriau )… She has performed several times at the Théâtre de l'Épée de Bois at the Cartoucherie in Vincennes, at the Cent Quatre, at the Théâtre Gilgamesh Belleville in Avignon, at the Grand Parquet, at the Comédie de Caen, etc. Within the Théâtre de l'Imprévu, she played the role of Laura in The Glass Menagerie by T. Williams directed by Éric Cénat and plays in the company's latest creation: Dorphé aux enfers, Orléans 69 a text by Luc Tartar, directed by Eric Cénat at the CDNO in Orléans. In 2024 she conceived, wrote and performed her first one-woman show Bowie comme Bowie . In 2025, she reprised the role of the Child in the play Une Vie, là-bas by Jacques Dupont, directed by Éric Cénat. VOLUNTEER IN CIVIC SERVICE Cécile Costa Cécile COSTA was recruited as a volunteer on a civic service mission by the Théâtre de l'Imprévu to ensure, alongside the Imprévu team, the organization of the 2025 edition of the Frankoscény festival. With a master's degree in cultural project management and territorial development, Cécile has always had a keen interest in culture and more specifically improvisational theatre. During her Erasmus year at Charles University, she was able to discover the city of Prague and its region. The Czech Republic has then become a country that fascinates her and that pushes her ever more to discover its culture. From January 2025, she will work from the Alliance Française in Pardubice, a place she knows well since from January to June 2024, she was the Alliance's cultural and communications officer. Nous veillons à ce que la répartition soit non mixte. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Il est impératif de respecter les horaires indiqués par l'hôtel. La restauration Les régimes alimentaires spécifiques et allergies ont été communiqués au prestataire selon les informations que vous avez complété dans la partie "régime alimentaire" de votre formulaire d'inscription. Il est tout de même nécessaire de rester vigilant, notamment pour les élèves ayant des allergies. They decide to leave the forest together to join the apple valley that their parents have designated for them as a haven of peace. There, the shooter in the straw hat will not be able to reach them, and maybe even the moon will show itself to shine again! But how can two children of six and eight years old find their way hidden by too many warpaths? These meetings with Lenka Horňáková Civade, a Czech and French-speaking writer and patron of the festival, were an opportunity for the students to discuss with her the richness of her work at the crossroads of two cultures and two languages, French and Czech, and to show them more concretely what learning French can bring them. They were also able to discuss with her the themes related to questions of translation and interpretation when one finds oneself caught up in language constraints. These rich and exciting exchanges delighted both the students and Lenka Horňáková-Civade. PARTICIPATING TROOPS - 2023 edition Lenka Hornakova-Civade Writer and painter A graduate of the École des Hautes Études Économiques, Lenka Horňáková-Civade studied at the same time for a few semesters at the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles IV University in Prague. She then travelled around Europe, then settled in Paris in 1994 for a year of study - Copernicus Programme, and also attended anatomy classes and nude workshops at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. Drawing became a daily exercise. She obtained a degree in Plastic Arts from the University of Paris 1 - Sorbonne. PARTICIPATING TROOPS - 2023 edition Lenka Hornakova-Civade Writer and painter A graduate of the École des Hautes Études Économiques, Lenka Horňáková-Civade studied at the same time for a few semesters at the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles IV University in Prague. She then travelled around Europe, then settled in Paris in 1994 for a year of study - Copernicus Programme, and also attended anatomy classes and nude workshops at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. PARTICIPATING TROOPS - 2023 edition Violette Grünenberger Holder of a Master's degree in Museology from the École du Louvre and a Bachelor's degree in the history of the arts, Violette also studied literature. Her academic background and musical training have given her the desire to share and exchange ideas about the arts and literature, within the framework of international and European cultural projects. After completing her master's degree, Violette wanted to discover the field of international cultural cooperation in a professional setting, with a view to becoming a cultural cooperation attaché. She was recruited as a volunteer on a civic service mission by the Théâtre de l'Imprévu to ensure, alongside Sarah Courson and Éric Cénat, the organization of the #3 edition of the Frankoscény festival. From November 2021, she will work from the Alliance Française in Pardubice.

FRANKOSCÉNY#5 April 25-26-27, 2024 THE PROGRAM PARTICIPATING TROOPS - 2024 edition Hradec Kralové - Czech Republic Bistrita - Romania Tunis - Tunisia Olomouc - Czech Republic Friday April 26 - Professional show Where did the Man on the Motorcycle go? Celine Caussimon Where did the Man with the Motorcycle go? refers to Edith Piaf's song, L'homme à la moto. Remember, at the end of the song, we only see his panties, "his boots, his black leather jacket with an eagle on the back" but not the motorcycle or its driver. In her show, Céline Caussimon plays Inspector Mélodie, from the BAC (Brigade d'Activité dans la Chanson) who decides to conduct a musical investigation through French song from the 60s to the present day. THE GODMOTHER On Thursday evening, the various troupes took part in an open mic night, where each had five minutes to present a performance of their choice. This was an opportunity for them to showcase an aspect of their culture to the international audience of the Frankoscény! Saturday evening was the closing party, a festive moment for the participants before they parted ways! ARTISTIC PRACTICE WORKSHOPS During the festival, artistic practice workshops will be offered to participating troupes, supervised by professional French artists . THE GODFATHER Celine Caussimon Director of the Paris-IF French Language and Culture Center, Ivano-Frankivsk in Ukraine. Sergii Ieromin Sergii IEROMIN was born on August 20, 1965 in Kostiantynivka, Ukraine. After studying at the University of Horlivka, he taught French in the Luhansk region. He contributed to the founding of the Alliance Française of Luhansk, where he was President and then Director between 1996 and 2014. He then became Deputy Director of the Alliance Française of Odessa from 2016 to 2017. He contributed to the founding of Paris-IF, which he has directed since February 2018, with the challenge of having it labeled Alliance Française. Very involved in teaching, he has been a French teacher in Ukraine since 1989 and has written 2 French textbooks for Ukrainian students whose use has been validated by the Ministry of National Education. In 2006, he received the decoration and title of Elite Professor of Ukrainian National Education and then became Knight of the Academic Palms of French National Education in 2014. Sergii is an important figure for cultural and linguistic cooperation between France and Ukraine. For example, he organizes the first days of the French language and culture. THE GUEST ARTIST Celine Caussimon Singer, actress , author celinecaussimon.com Céline CAUSSIMON is an actress, author and singer. She started writing at a very young age. Already in primary school, she wrote short plays that she then performed with her classmates. She has recorded 4 albums including Le moral des ménages (2007) which was awarded "Coup de Coeur" by the Académie Charles Cros. She regularly leads writing and song workshops. Since 1996, she has toured French-speaking countries such as France, Canada, Switzerland and Belgium. In 2019, she created the show Where did the Man on the Motorcycle go ? VOLUNTEER IN CIVIC SERVICE Gaia Collombe Gaïa COLLOMBE was recruited as a volunteer on a civic service mission by the Théâtre de l'Imprévu to ensure, alongside the Imprévu team, the organization of the 2024 edition of the Frankoscény festival. With a professional degree in Communication Professions specializing in events, she has a particular interest in events, particularly in the cultural sector. She also had the opportunity to do theater when she was a high school student and to attend the Avignon festival in 2022. Starting in January 2024, she will be working from the Alliance Française in Pardubice. Naturally curious, she is very enthusiastic about discovering the Czech Republic and everyday life in Pardubice. According to her, living in another country is a very enriching human and cultural experience. ARTISTIC PRACTICE WORKSHOPS VOLUNTEER IN CIVIC SERVICE The sixth edition of Frankoscény is under the high patronage of the European Parliament, the Centre-Val de Loire Region, the Pardubice Region, the French Embassy in the Czech Republic, the French Institute in Prague, and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
